Lonavala is a city and a hill station Municipal Council in Pune district. It is famous throughout India for the hard candy sweet known as chikki and is also a major stop on the rail line connecting Mumbai and Pune. Lonavla and the adjacent Khandala are twin hill stations 622 m. above sea level, in the Sahyadri ranges that demarcate the Deccan Plateau and the Konkan coast. Lonavla comes to life during the monsoon season as the countryside turns lush green with waterfalls and ponds.

Welcome to Mumbai, on arrival at the Mumbai airport or Mumbai railway station, begin your tour of 'Magical Lonavala'. Proceed on a picturesque drive to Lonavala. On arrival, check into your hotel. The rest of the evening is at leisure.

Today, proceed to visit the Bhushi Dam. Bhushi Dam, a usual hot spot for picnickers . A fabulous Waterfall near the dam is one of the most exciting spots. Then visit the Reywood Park. It is a picturesque hang out in the hill station Lonavala and is located very close to Lonavala market. This Park has plenty of grounds with greenish lawns and playing grounds for children. The Park is blessed with many varieties of trees and flowers which are decades old. Later visit the Tungarli Lake. It is an artificial reservoir in Lonavala. This lake is the major source of water supply to Lonavala city. There is a dam across the Tungarli Lake.
The rest of the evening is free to relax.
